We spend just about every Memorial Day weekend with my in-laws at Lake Hamilton in Hot springs, AR. Our time is usually spent on the boats, jet skis, playing cards, eating too much, drinking too much, and all the usual lake activities. This year we changed it up a bit and took a nice 3 mile hike at the gorgeous Garvan Woodland Gardens Arboretum. Tucked away in the back is the most breathtaking, glass chapel, called Anthony Chapel. If anyone would like to get married there and have me photograph it, I'm available. ;) All of the above photos were taken with my iPhone 6.

Elena and I go all the way back to high school in Edmond, OK (Go Huskies!). Needless to say, I was so excited when she asked me to shoot her engagement photos.
When Jake proposed he rented out a movie theatre, created fake movie tickets, and had some of Elena's friends trick her into thinking they were actually going to see a movie. The Village Theatre in Highland Park was the perfect place to start the session. :) I had the pleasure of getting to do a fun little coffee shop shoot with Rebekah for her blog, Wholly Beloved, at Houndstooth Coffee. It's a great new place on Henderson Ave. right next to Milk & Honey.
