I had so much fun shooting with Maci and Travis for their engagement session at White Rock Lake! I am so looking forward to their wedding in May. :)
Tara was one the first people I met when I moved to Dallas 8 years ago and I now consider her one of my very best friends. You know, the kind of friend you consider family? Needless to say, I was beyond thrilled when I found out Jeff proposed while they were vacationing in Bellagio, Italy, in September.
Overlooking Lake Como I might add... dream proposal anyone?
They decided to do their engagement session at White Rock Lake, one of their favorite places to take their adorable dog, Bernie. The sunset worked greatly in our favor that evening and I am so excited to finally share the result. I couldn't be happier for these two and am counting down the days that we get to celebrate in Scottsdale, AZ on April 2nd!
I had so much fun shooting with these two! Loren and Skyler are good friends of mine, and I am beyond thrilled to be their wedding photographer in October! They are getting married at the Arboretum, the day after the OU/TX football game. Skyler went to OU and Loren is a Texas alum... Let's just hope it's a tie this year. ;) We started their engagement session at White Rock Lake and ended up at Trinity Groves on the Margaret Hunt Bridge. The lighting, weather and their outfits couldn't have been more perfect.
elena + jake
Elena and I go all the way back to high school in Edmond, OK (Go Huskies!). Needless to say, I was so excited when she asked me to shoot her engagement photos.
When Jake proposed he rented out a movie theatre, created fake movie tickets, and had some of Elena's friends trick her into thinking they were actually going to see a movie. The Village Theatre in Highland Park was the perfect place to start the session. :)
