What Is Included:

• 15 minutes of session time
• 20 edited downloadable images
• Online Gallery with 50+ edited proofs
• Option to purchase additional high res downloads at $8 per edited image

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Client understands and agrees that, incase of bad weather, Adrian Faubel will reschedule the session to the back up date (September 27th, 2020). Clients session time will remain the same as originally booked. Rescheduling for the back up date is up to the discretion of Adrian Faubel and will be communicated to the client 24 hours before the original session date.
• Client understands and agrees that, due to the nature of Mini Sessions, there will be no refunds or makeup dates for missing their session for any reason.
• Adrian Faubel is not held responsible for any injuries sustained before, during, or after the photography session. 
• It is necessary that the client arrives to the location 5 minutes previous to their session start time and is ready at their designated session time.
• If client arrives late, this will cut into their session time and will result in less than the guaranteed amount of images received.

COVID-19 WAIVER

1. While the State of TEXAS has eased or eliminated various COVID-19 based restrictions on businesses, the conduct and performance of the services being provided by Adrian Faubel are subject to those rules in place at the time the photography services are to be performed.
2. Based upon the scope of the restrictions in place at the time of the photography services, certain aspects of the photographer/client interaction may be altered by necessity.
3. Client and members of Client’s party assume all risks associated with potential COVID-19 transmission or exposure in relation to the photography services being provided and accept sole responsibility for an illness, injury, damages, claims or expense arising therefrom regardless of the identity of the person alleged to be at fault for such transmission or exposure.
4. As consideration for this waiver, Adrian Faubel agrees to waive any liability or claim against Client or members of Client’s party for COVID-19 transmission or exposure.
5. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Waivers contained in Sections 3 and 4 of this Notice and Waiver shall not be interpreted to prohibit actions or claims against persons who knowingly participate in the photography services while exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms or who knowingly participate while having an active COVID-19 infection.
6. If client or anyone in close contact with client tests positive for COVID-19 immediately before or following your scheduled session you must notify Adrian Faubel immediately.
